How do I buy a product on FLRCC Furniture Shop website or App?
You can buy a product easily via website or app.
You dont have to sign up to our website you can buy as a guest.
After searching for a product and deciding on what to buy, you can proceed to purchase in the following 3 ways:
1. Buy and checkout immediately
On the product page, select Buy Now > Select preferred variation option (if applicable) > select Buy Now > Enter your details such as name, delivery address, company (if applicable) > Select preferred Shipping Option (if necessary) > Use Voucher and Coins (optional) > Select preferred Payment Option > Place Order.
2. Add to cart and checkout with other items.
On the product page, select Add to Cart > Select preferred variation option (if applicable) > select Add to Cart > Select products to purchase > Enter your details such as name, delivery address, company (if applicable) > Select preferred Shipping Option (if necessary) > Use Voucher and Coins (optional) > Select preferred Payment Option > Place Order.
3. Chat with seller to Request For Quotaion (RFQ) or fill up the inquiry form.
What are the payment options?
Buyer(s) can check-out order(s) using manual bank deposit/Over the counter deposit to our respective BDO bank account in the manual payment page or continue check-out via our partner payment options such as:
Paypal: fast checkout.
Xendit via e-wallets: Gcash , Maya , Grabpay.
Xendit via Direct Debits: BPI, Unionbank, RCBC.
Xendit via Over the counter: 7-11 , Cebuana Lhuillier.
Xendit via Cards: Visa , Mastercard.
Xendit via Paylater: Billease.
After successful check out via PAYPAL or XENDIT payment option you will received an invoice email that your purchase is successfully paid.

What is your return policy?
A buyer can request for a return/refund in cases of non-receipt where he/she does not receive the product from the seller, or if the product received is wrong, damaged or defective. within 7 days after acceptance.
Can I ask for pick up order
Aside from our delivery services we also offer our buyers to pick up there order to our warehouse, we offer this option to what best suites for the client's/buyers perspective.
